At the start of a new year, goal setting gets a ton of air time.

There’s so much talk of resolutions, habits, pursuing new dreams and becoming a better version of yourself that what gets lost in the mix of all of this ‘New Year, New You’ excitement is this:

The strategic, tactical, practical strategies and systems required to see ANY of that ‘new’ stuff through to achievement.
