The Limitations of Micro-Time Chunking…

Micro-time chunking (i.e. the Pomodoro technique) is touted as one of the most powerful time management strategies… and that’s a myth.

Time chunking is the act of blocking off chunks of time for one task instead of bouncing between different, smaller tasks. Micro-time chunking is the same concept but doing the chunking of time in much smaller increments (5, 10, 15, or 30 minute focus blocks).
