Lesson #1 of Doing the 75 Hard Challenge

Andy Frisella’s #75 Hard Challenge is NOT a fitness challenge; it’s a mental toughness program.

And I’ve started and stopped this program more times than I can count.

Yesterday, I was on Day 3 and really wanted to quit when it was time to go into 8 degree Wyoming tundra weather and do a 45-minute outdoor workout.
