Whether you’re a life coach, business coach, career coach, health coach or a manager who’s about to have a coaching call with an employee, the quality of your prep will determine the quality of your call… and, far too often, coaches get into the bad habit of overscheduling their calls and under scheduling their preps.

Prepping for a coaching call is about creating an optimal environment for great coaching to happen and a great coaching experience to occur. It requires giving yourself the thing that, in many cases, you may not feel like you have: time.

But, time invested on the front end prevents time wasted on the back end. More importantly, proper coaching prep puts you in an optimal coaching mindset so you can be fully present for the coaching call and engaged while you’re in the coaching call.
