10 Questions to Ask Yourself to Make Sure You’re Truly Living Your Life

Every Sunday, I dedicate a half an hour to reviewing my decade, yearly and monthly goals… and, for the last month, I’ve been slipping at getting in that time.

And then this weekend happened… I took the time to watch a limited series on Netflix called One Day… and the sad, abrasive reality of the show reminded me of a simple truth:

Live your life fully because tomorrow isn’t promised…

And sitting in the abrasive truth of that series reminded me of a quote that’s been attributed to Mandy Hale:

Ten years from now, make sure you can say that you chose your life, you didn’t settle for it.

That brings me back to resuming my weekly decade, yearly and monthly goals review meeting that I have scheduled for every Sunday. I’m now back on that meeting series with myself.

Life goes by so fast and, if we’re not careful, if we’re not intentional, we can spend decades (not just one decade) settling for life rather than CHOOSING it.
